Country Lodge Nursing Home is housed in a converted and extended Sussex barn and set in delightful surroundings with beautiful views over the South Downs National Park. It caters for to up to 33 older residents who require medical, physical, terminal illness, respite or convalescent care. The care ethos emphasises independence, privacy and dignity. There are a variety of bedroom accommodations ranging from Standard to Lodge Garden Rooms. All are decorated to a high standard and come with electric profiling beds, a nurse call system, a flat screen television and telephone. The residence takes pride in producing healthy, appetising food that provides good nutrition and hydration. Meals are prepared using home grown or locally sourced ingredients. Country Lodge is also accredited with an "Investor in People" award for excellence and regular staff training.
